Mr and Mrs Rosenblat are a couple of elderly, romantically-inclined Jewish American fantasists.

Their book Angel at the Fence is an Adam and Eve-style tale of love and apples in a Nazi concentration camp. It held America spellbound for years. But the spell lost some of its charm when it became widely apparent that their story is untrue…

The Rosenblats remain unrepentant. Herman Rosenblat says he’d do it all over again – despite the excruciating embarrassment he’s caused his own son. He claims the book continues to do good and work wonders.

The publisher of a disputed Holocaust memoir has canceled the book, adding the name Herman Rosenblat to an increasingly long list of literary fakers and ending with a heartbreaking crash his story _ embraced by Oprah Winfrey among others _ of meeting his future wife at a concentration camp.

“I wanted to bring happiness to people,” Rosenblat said in a statement issued Saturday through his agent, Andrea Hurst. “I brought hope to a lot of people. My motivation was to make good in this world.”

Rosenblat’s “Angel at the Fence” had been scheduled to come out in February, but Berkley Books, an imprint of Penguin Group (USA), withdrew the memoir following allegations by scholars, friends and family members that his tale was untrue.

It would all be quite amusing were it not that stories such as the Rosenblats’ – unless they are decisively falsified as in this case – are gradually becoming compulsory beliefs in western society.

The exposed liars Mr and Mrs Rosenblat probably feel a little rueful now. They’re not quite as rich from book sales as they’d hoped. But they’re not in jail either – and every cloud has a silver lining! A new author is working on another book – The Apple – putting a benign ‘fictional’ gloss on this tawdry episode in fakery. A movie may follow…

Ernst Zundel: jailed in Germany for honestly-held views about World War Two

While this bizarre cultural spectacle becomes another monument to contemporary Jewish chutzpah, the number of people persecuted because of honestly-held views about World War Two continues to grow.

People are in jail because they’ve been held by German, French, Austrian – even Australian courts – to be telling lies about ‘The Holocaust’. In their trials, the truth has not been available as a line of defense! The ‘facts’ of the ‘Holocaust’ are taken as given by the courts – leaving them only to decide whether defendants have – or have not – breached the relevant thought crime laws. Kafka must surely be groaning in his grave.

In Australia, Dr Frederick Toben, a so-called ‘Holocaust denier’, currently awaits sentencing for his opinions about the events of World War Two. Yet self-confessed ‘Holocaust-survivor’ LIARS like the Rosenblats prosper in freedom.

‘Hate speech’ laws – designed to persecute unorthodox views on topics such as the ‘Holocaust’ – continue to spread throughout the western world like swine flu. Promoted tirelessly by prominent Jewish advocacy groups such as the American Anti-Defamation League and the Australia/Israel & Jewish Affairs Council , they’re doubtless intended to eradicate impolite expressions of doubt. The Zionist Lobby would probably like to stop people asking any hard questions – or pointing out any obvious absurdities – in relation to any of its officially-sanctioned tall stories.

Professor Robert Faurisson: assaulted repeatedly by Zionist thugs

The elderly literature scholar, Professor Robert Faurisson, is someone the Zionist Lobby have wanted to silence for a long time. Professor Faurisson has recurrently been subjected to brutal physical assault . He’s been hauled before the French courts several times.

Faurisson wrote a brief but interesting essay about world-famous ‘Holocaust’ guru Elie Weisel in the 1990s, entitled A Prominent False Witness: Elie Wiesel

Needless to say, none of Weisel’s many subsequent interviewers have ever asked Mr Weisel the obvious questions that arise from Professor Faurisson’s article. Like President Obama earlier this year – and the judges who awarded Wiesel a Nobel Peace Prize – the media continues to fawn over Elie Wiesel’s words and promotes him as the Gold Standard of historical credibility.

Elie Wiesel passes for one of the most celebrated eyewitnesses to the
alleged Holocaust. Yet in his supposedly autobiographical book Night, he makes
no mention of gas chambers. He claims instead to have witnessed Jews being
burned alive, a story now dismissed by all historians. Wiesel gives credence
to the most absurd stories of other “eyewitnesses.” He spreads fantastic tales
of 10,000 persons sent to their deaths each day in Buchenwald.

When Elie Wiesel and his father, as Auschwitz prisoners, had the choice
of either leaving with their retreating German “executioners,” or remaining
behind in the camp to await the Soviet “liberators,” the two decided to leave with their German captors.

It is time, in the name of truth and out of respect for the genuine sufferings of the victims of the Second World War, that historians return to the proven methods of historical criticism, and that the testimony of the Holocaust “eyewitnesses” be subjected to rigorous scrutiny rather than unquestioning acceptance.

While the historical narratives preferred by Elie Wiesel and his associates are shielded by ‘Hate Speech’ laws, the much-feted Mr Wiesel seems to say whatever hateful things he likes.

This is Wiesel’s choice quote about Germans, from an article “An Appointment With Hate” published back in 1962 (in an era before the word ‘Holocaust had been coined as a World War Two term):

“Every Jew, somewhere in his being, should set apart a zone of hate – healthy, virile hate – for what the German personifies and for what persists in the German.”

The Jewish Virtual Library relates
that while in Paris in the late 1940s, Weisel assisted the Jewish terrorist organization Irgun.

How odd that Elie Weisel is never asked what he thinks about the Jewish terrorist bomb attack on British soldiers at the King David Hotel in 1946 – or the Irgun’s brutal assassination of UN envoy Count Bernadotte – one of the final acts of Zionist intimidation as the illegal and murderous land grab for four fifths of Palestine got underway.

The tactful journalists probably don’t want to spoil old Elie’s dotage withrude questions like that.

Perhaps they’ve figured out that, like Mom and Pop Rosenblat, Elie Weisel lives in Fantasy Land.
