I’m an optimist, but also a realist as well and I’m not depressed. The beautiful birds around here and nature keep my spirit up lifted. But I do think that these very sick people who kill their own people in 911 and other terror that has gone on in the last eight years arn’t giving up on their total global control and I’m afraid Obama is one or he is their puppet.

Chomsky points out that the impossible American policy toward Palestine has not changed under Obama.

http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=12116

"Obama’s talk emphasized his commitment to a peaceful settlement. He left its contours vague, apart from one specific proposal: “the Arab peace initiative,” Obama said, “contains constructive elements that could help advance these efforts. Now is the time for Arab states to act on the initiative’s promise by supporting the Palestinian government under President Abbas and Prime Minister Fayyad, taking steps towards normalizing relations with Israel, and by standing up to extremism that threatens us all.”

Obama is not directly falsifying the Arab League proposal, but the carefully framed deceit is instructive.

The Arab League peace proposal does indeed call for normalization of relations with Israel - in the context - repeat, in the context of a two-state settlement in terms of the longstanding international consensus, which the US and Israel have blocked for over 30 years, in international isolation, and still do. The core of the Arab League proposal, as Obama and his Mideast advisers know very well, is its call for a peaceful political settlement in these terms, which are well-known, and recognized to be the only basis for the peaceful settlement to which Obama professes to be committed. The omission of that crucial fact can hardly be accidental, and signals clearly that Obama envisions no departure from US rejectionism. His call for the Arab states to act on a corollary to their proposal, while the US ignores even the existence of its central content, which is the precondition for the corollary, surpasses cynicism."

Confirming nothing has changed and the impasse to the creation of a Palestinian state will remain, Hillary has reiterated the grindingly stupid American mantra today.

From what I can make out it seems that we didn't defeat the Nazis/Zionists/Fascists at the end of WWII that was a con - they won and controlled Germany, Japan and the US and of course Israel . They are at the end point of their 60 year dream to control the globe and they are going for it.
That is a very good letter and I wish it would happen but Rudd will throw it in the bin - he has a dream and a mission to carry out.
Our only hope is that national economic interests in countries across the world will rise quickly and wipe the WTO free trade con out - that is probably why they are crashing the economy fast before a lot of people wake up.

One of our old PM's Paul Keating was on ABC last night pushing for a global economic and political body to fix the financial problem and run the world.
These people are absolutely ruthless in their desire for world government and they mean to get it. They mean to microchip the population not too far down the track. I am hopeful that protectionism and national interest will rise quickly to stop their borderless dream. As a farmer I know they have been aggressively trying to wipe us out.

Syd,

You need to cut us pessimists some slack! Most of us probably live in USA, like me.

It's hard to be otherwise when people like Frank Hope, over at his American blog, Future News Today, look behind the scenes to show what "the Obama pledge to reduce the influence of lobbyists in his administration" really means:

I hope you're right about Obama, but since coming in he's bombed Pakistan, appointed Rahm Emanual as Chief of Staff, and reaffirmed America's commitment to rendition, ie kidnapping of innocent people to be tortured in Egypt and elsewhere.

I'd put good money on him being more of the same, possibly even worse. If he is playing a clever game to actually subvert the Zionists, as some claim, he'll probably go the same way as Kennedy.
